Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This full-time position as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) serves K-12 students with moderate to severe needs in a school environment located in Crowley, TX. The role involves working itinerantly with a flexible schedule, supporting students individually and in small groups throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities: Provide behavioral interventions following established plans for students with emotional and developmental challenges. Support students with SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) training and provide reset opportunities as needed. Work 1:1 with some students who may exhibit verbal and physical aggression. Assist with lifting, transferring, and repositioning students and equipment safely. Collaborate with school staff to implement individualized behavior plans. Maintain accurate documentation related to student progress and behavior interventions. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Experience working in school settings with students who have moderate to severe disabilities. Ability to manage challenging behaviors and support students with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy and wheelchair use. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to an itinerant, flexible schedule with varying start and end times. Location: Crowley, TX (K-12 School) This contract position runs throughout the school year (CSY) with approximately 30 hours per week.
