Key Responsibilities Intentional Leadership Lead with intentional, strategic, and tactical leadership that inspires an ownership mentality that achieves results with accountability, high-performance, and KPIs. Drive the sales cycle to ensure revenue from market development, lead generation, pricing/estimate/proposal excellence. Manage risk to ensure enduring success with early identification and countermeasures. Project Management & Delivery Excellence Oversee daily operational activities, providing proactive tactical direction to the team. Guide the team to operational excellence through process focus, efficiency, collaboration, and empowerment. Establish a culture and collective team mindset of results orientation and continuous improvement. Talent Management Prioritize attraction, selection, development, and retention as top ongoing activities. Requirements: 15 years of experience in high-end residential landscape design/build construction and maintenance services with full operations and P&L responsibility and a track record of profitable success.
